Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any reschedule request made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Deposits are transferable one time only and must be used within the same month.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated depending on the service booked and remaining time. Appointment cancellations due to lateness are at the provider’s discretion.
A $10 late fee will be applied if you arrive 10 minutes late, when applicable.
No refunds.
